Casa de la Tranquilidad may be booked by night for any time during the year. 

$450USD/night - December 15-April 30 excluding holiday dates.  Special rate of $2800USD if booking 7 nights.  Please contact us for availability and rates for holiday dates of Christmas, New Year's and Easter.

 $300USD/night - May 1-December 14

The rate includes all taxes and maid service but does not include gratuities.  Gratuities for maid service of 50 Pesos per person per day are recommended

The house sleeps a maximum of 8 persons with one king bed in each bedroom.

Rental Details

A deposit of 50% of the total cost will guarantee your reservation.  The balance is payable 15 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations: 

10% on any reservation

50% for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to arrival

75% for cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival

There is a maximum of two guests in each of the four bedrooms.
